Harsco increases dividend by 2.5 percent

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Industrial services company Harsco Corp. said Thursday its board approved a 2.5 percent increase in its dividend, lifting its annual rate by 2 cents to 82 cents per share.

A quarterly dividend of 20.5 cents will be paid Feb. 16 to shareholders of record on Jan. 15.

Shares of Harrisburg, Pa.-based Harsco fell 86 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $32.51 in late trading Thursday amid a broader market decline. The stock has traded between $16.90 and $37.65 in the last 52 weeks.
