LONDON - Singer Chris Brown reportedly had a low key birthday celebration with family and friends in Virginia.
Still facing two charges - felony battery and making criminal threats - for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna in February this year, Brown quietly brought in his 20th birthday Tuesday, reported aceshowbiz.com.
Brown has been keeping away from the spotlight ever since reports of him assaulting Rihanna became public.
