BRE Properties picks Stephanie Andre to be vice president, treasurer

BRE Properties names new VP, treasurer
SAN FRANCISCO — BRE Properties Inc., which owns apartment buildings in California, Arizona and Washington, on Wednesday appointed Stephanie Andre as vice president, treasurer, effective immediately.
Andre joins BRE from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she served as a principle in the firm’s real estate investment banking group.
She will be responsible for compliance, budget, developing capital strategies, managing external credit and capital relationships, and more.
Shares of BRE added 84 cents, or 2.8 percent, to $30.96 in midday trading.
