House Roll Call: How they voted on ACORN defunding
The 345-75 roll call Thursday by which the House amended the Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2009 to deny all federal funds to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, commonly known as ACORN.
A “yes” vote was a vote to pass the amendment.
Voting yes were 172 Democrats and 173 Republicans.
Voting no were 75 Democrats and 0 Republicans.
X denotes those not voting.
Present denotes those who voted they were “present” at the time of the vote but did not vote yes or no on the issue.
