Halle Berry to launch perfume line

LONDON - Joining the league of divas like Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion and Angelina Jolie, Hollywood actress Halle Berry is now set to launch her own brand of perfume.
The fragrance has taken more work than that of other celebrities as it is meant to evoke memories of the beach, dailymail.co.uk quoted her as saying.
‘(Before my fragrance) I was mixing other brands that shall remain nameless to make my own scent with fig and mimosa. With Halle, I added olibanum, which is an African root, which brings spice to the fragrance, and sandalwood, which smoothes everything out and makes it yummy,’ she said.
‘It’s very sensual, very natural, very much reflective of the outdoors,’ she added.
The top notes of the scent are Sicilian bergamot, fig leaves and pear blossom. It also contains notes from freesia petals, hibiscus flowers and mimosa.
