LONDON - Manchester United coach Alex Ferguson plans to rotate his players like he did during the 1999 treble-winning spree as he bids to lead his club to the Quadruple.nited’s boss rang the changes for Wednesday’s victory over Portsmouth, just days after the club’s FA Cup KO. And he plans to continue to rotate his players, as they look to add the title and Champions League to the Carling Cup and Club World Cup.
“This is the time I love best. Non-stop football, every match of immense significance. I will be deploying the full range of our resources as I seek to give the players the energy you need at this level. It’s what I did when we won the Treble, resting players and bringing others in as I tried to pick teams fizzing for the fray,” The Sun quoted Fergie, as saying.
“I will juggle the squad in the hope we can progress in both the Premier League and the Champions League,” he added. (ANI)
