LONDON - Coach Alex Ferguson has challenged his Manchester United heroes to make history in Rome by retaining their Champions League crown.
Fergie said: “We have the quality, the energy, the drive and the ambition to make history and there’s no doubting our hunger to do it.
“Manchester United should have won this cup more times than we have and now we have another opportunity,” he added.
United will face Chelsea or Barcelona in the final as they bid to become the first team to retain the Champions League crown.
Talking about Tuesday night’s game against the Gunners, Fergie said: “We kept playing our football and once we transferred the ball to Cristiano Ronaldo it was a big problem for them.” (ANI)
