Tyra Banks gets on with ‘America’s Next Top Model’ auditions again

NEW YORK - After last month’s fracas during the auditions for ‘America’s Next Top Model’, Tyra Banks is embarking on another run for tryouts of hopeful models.
The auditions for the supermodel’s hit TV show will be held at the Penn Plaza Pavilion on W. 33rd St. and Seventh Ave.
Last month, the auditions had to be scrapped after a crazy catfight erupted outside the midtown venue, which even got out of security control.
While many hopefuls suffered minor injuries in the brawl, the NYPD complained that they were not informed about the planned running of the babes.
However, this time round, cops have already talked to the organizers, and will station officers outside to maintain peace.
“They have agreed to provide private security and to take other measures. The NYPD will also have a detail assigned to it,” the New York Daily News quoted NYPD spokesman Paul Browne as saying. (ANI)
