Manmohan congratulates Obama on winning Nobel

HYDERABAD - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Friday congratulated US President Barack Obama on winning the Nobel Peace Prize 2009.
“I have not heard the news, but if it is true, I would like to give my whole-hearted congratulations to President Obama,” Manmohan Singh told reporters here.
He is scheduled to visit the US next month, marking the first state visit by a foreign leader in the Obama administration.
