In a bizarre case, grandparents were ordered to evict 6 year old baby, Kimberly.

Jimmy and Judie Stottler, grandparents of the child, live in a Pinellas Park retirement community that doesn’t allow children. The Home Owners Association now wants the child removed. Kimberly was taken from her home at just six months after the state discovered her mother was on drugs. She has lived with her grandparents ever since.

The Home Owners Association president was quoted saying that he is only trying to enforce the rules. Some residents suggest a compromise.

It will be up to a judge to decide what happens to the six year old child. If Jimmy and Judie Stottler are unable to sell their home in time, their beloved granddaughter, Kimberly, could be sent to foster care. That is something Stottler’s have promised to fight tooth and nail.

“For some reason, there’s a few, just a few who don’t want Kimberly. And I just don’t get it,” said Judie Stottler. Neither do we.
