LONDON - British singer Amy Winehouse’s flat in North London has been burgled.

According to thesun.co.uk, the thieves kicked in the padlocked front door and took away A flat screen TV, five guitars and digital recording equipment.

The police were called after two reports came in that there were two men raiding the house at 4 a.m.

A source said: ‘Amy is devastated. Some of the guitars are irreplaceable due to their sentimental value. The flat had been cleaned up in preparation for her return. Now she will have to start from scratch to replace what has been stolen.’

Winehouse is recovering from drug addiction in the Caribbean island of St Lucia.
