Wendy’s/Arby’s hires Quizno’s executive as VP

ATLANTA — Wendy’s/Arby’s Group Inc. said Wednesday it hired former Quizno’s executive Andy Skehan as its vice senior vice president of its international unit.

The move comes as Wendy’s/Arby’s consolidates its international division at its Atlanta headquarters from Dublin, Ohio, where Wendy’s was based before the current company was formed. Last September, Arby’s owner Triarc Cos. Inc. acquired the Wendy’s brand.

Skehan, 48, was previously president of Europe, Africa and Middle East for Quizno’s.

The move to Atlanta will take several months, the company said.
