Watson Pharmaceuticals’ CFO takes leave
MORRISTOWN, N.J. — Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Monday Chief Financial Officer Mark W. Durand has taken a leave of absence due to health reasons.
R. Todd Joyce, vice president, controller and treasurer, has been appointed acting principal financial officer, the company said.
Shares of Watson Pharmaceuticals closed up 42 cents, or 1.2 percent, at $34.92 before the announcement was made. The stock price fell 34 cents, or 1 percent in after-hours trading.
