Vitamin Shoppe unit to redeem $20M in senior notes
NORTH BERGEN, N.J. — A subsidiary of Vitamin Shoppe Inc. will redeem $20 million in senior notes, the company said Tuesday.
Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc. said the notes are due 2012, and the company plans to start the redemption on Jan. 20.
Holders notes will receive $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date in January.
The company said the announcement does mean it is offering to buy or is soliciting offers to sell notes or other securities.
