NEW DELHI - Two men have been arrested in the national capital with fine quality heroin valued at Rs.7 million in the international market, police said Thursday.

The Crime Branch took into custody Nurul Sheikh and Mohammad Hussain from Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar and recovered 400 grams of heroin from Sheikh and 350 grams from Hussain Wednesday.
