Texas Instruments raises quarterly dividend to 12c
DALLAS — Texas Instruments Inc. says its board has raised its quarterly dividend by a penny to 12 cents.
The Dallas-based semiconductor maker is scheduled to pay the dividend on Nov. 16 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 30. The increase brings the company’s annual dividend to 48 cents.
The company says this is the sixth consecutive year that Texas Instruments has increased its dividend.
Its shares fell 53 cents, or 2.2 percent, to $23.60 on Thursday.
