Texas Instruments raises quarterly cash dividend
DALLAS — Texas Instruments Inc. said its board has raised its quarterly cash dividend by a penny to 12 cents per share.
The Dallas-based semiconductor maker is scheduled to pay the dividend on Nov. 16 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 30.
Shares of the company declined 37 cents to end at $23.25.
