Governor declares state of emergency for wildfire-threatened San Bernardino County

YUCAIPA, Calif. — Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared a state of emergency in San Bernardino County, where two wildfires are threatening nearly 3,000 homes.

YUCAIPA, Calif. — A small fire has erupted in San Bernardino County in Southern California, threatening six homes and burning about five miles from a 1,000-acre fire.
