Obama administration suggests spending stimulus money on teacher pay, summer classes

WASHINGTON — Education Secretary Arne Duncan has some suggestions for how schools can spend their windfall from the economic stimulus law, including summer school and extra pay for teachers to coach struggling colleagues.
