Conn. police say 3 pranksters filled dorm with popcorn smoke, then tied doors shut

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Police at Central Connecticut State University say three young men purposely burned popcorn in a dorm microwave, then tied students’ doors shut to make them think they were trapped in a burning building.
