Man arrested after trying to rob a South Dakota hotel with a butter knifeRAPID CITY, S.D. — Police arrested a man they said tried to rob a hotel around 6 p.m. on Sunday with a butter knife. The clerk refused to give the man any money, and he left the hotel on foot. Police said about an hour later they spotted a man matching the description given by the clerk. |
