Rep. Jan Schakowsky announces re-election bid for House, passes on Senate run

WASHINGTON — Rep. Jan Schakowsky said Monday that she has decided to seek re-election to her House seat, passing on a bid for the Senate and a potentially crowded Illinois Democratic primary.
