Truck carrying gas explodes, closes northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, Fla.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Authorities say a tanker truck carrying more than 8,000 gallons of gasoline exploded on Interstate 95 in South Florida.
