ConocoPhillips, Aramco relaunch construction bidding process for Yanbu refinery

HOUSTON — ConocoPhillips and the state-run Saudi Arabian Oil Co. said Tuesday they’ve revived plans to build a multibillion-dollar refinery in Saudi Arabia, citing improved economic conditions.
