China Green Agriculture files shelf registration for $50 million securities offering

NEW YORK — Chinese fertilizer maker China Green Agriculture Inc. said Tuesday it filed a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will allow the company to issue up to $50 million in securities.
