Some Chicago transit service shut down after car jumps wall, lands on tracks, struck by train

CHICAGO — Service along the Chicago Transit Authority’s Blue Line was disrupted for three hours Thursday morning after a car jumped a retaining wall, landed on the tracks and was struck by a train.
