Pa. judge sets $20,000 bond for Erie mother convicted of swinging baby like a bat during fight

ERIE, Pa. — A Pennsylvania judge has set bond at $20,000 cash for a woman appealing her conviction for swinging her infant at her boyfriend during a fight in 2006.
