Interest rates drop at Treasury auction; 6-month bills fall to lowest levels since January

WASHINGTON — Interest rates on short-term Treasury bills fell in Monday’s auction with rates on six-month bills dropping to the lowest level since mid-January.

WASHINGTON — Interest rates on six-month Treasury bills rose for the second straight week in Monday’s auction after nearly two months of record-lows, while rates on three-month bills fell.
