SOMERS, N.Y. — Soft drink bottler Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. said Tuesday that it signed a distribution deal with natural beverages brand company O.N.E. (One Natural Experience).

SOMERS, N.Y. — Pepsi bottling company The Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. on Wednesday said it will distribute the Rockstar Energy Drink Inc.’s Rockstar drink in Mexico, expanding its distribution agreement for the beverage.

Pepsi Bottling Group turns down PepsiCo acquisition offer, says it is ‘grossly inadequate’

MILWAUKEE — Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. said Monday that it has rejected what it called a “grossly inadequate” acquisition offer from PepsiCo Inc., but analysts said that doesn’t mean the deal is over, just that Pepsi needs to offer more money.
