SEATTLE — With a cougar possibly on the prowl, Seattle’s largest park remained off-limits to holiday weekend revelers as state wildlife agents tried to trap the elusive animal.

SEATTLE — The state of Washington says it won’t fine Asiana Airlines for a fuel dump over Puget Sound from a plane that made an emergency landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
