Twin brothers arrested for allegedly attacking a store clerk with a hammer and hot coffee

ABINGTON, Mass. — Twin brothers have been arrested for allegedly attacking a convenience store clerk with a hammer and hot coffee during a robbery. Police say Joseph Kitchens of Marshfield and Stephen Kitchens of Brockton, both 30, are charged with armed robbery and assault and battery. The attack early Sunday at a 7-Eleven store was captured on surveillance video, and police said public tips helped lead them to the suspects.
