Defense attorney says cell phone video vindicates men accused in Hofstra rape case

MINEOLA, N.Y. — An attorney for one of the men accused of gang-raping a Hofstra University freshman says the video of the sexual encounter refutes allegations that the victim was tied up and forcibly attacked.
