Maiden Holdings boosts quarterly dividend 8 pct

HAMILTON, Bermuda — Reinsurance company Maiden Holdings Ltd. said Tuesday it boosted third quarter dividend by 8 percent to 6½ cents per share.
The Hamilton, Bermuda-based reinsurance holding company approved dividend payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 4.
The previous dividend was 6 cents per share.
