Jacksonville, Fla., police seek gunmen who opened fire at block party; 1 killed, 8 wounded

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Authorities in Florida are looking for gunmen who killed one person and wounded eight others when they opened fire during a block party in honor of a slain teen.
