Lawyer: Financial adviser to plead guilty to criminal charges in first bank bailout fraud case

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A former financial adviser in Tennessee will plead guilty to criminal charges in the first fraud case related to the federal bank bailout program, his lawyer said Wednesday.
