We cannot unseat legislators: apex court

NEW DELHI - The Supreme Court Monday said legislators cannot be unseated by courts and the appropriate authority for disqualifying a legislator is the presiding officer of the house he or she belongs to.

Aarushi murder accused wants court notice to CBI before interrogation
