NEW YORK - New York City is making an attractive offer to its homeless - a one-way ticket out of the city and its expensive shelter system to save a hefty $36,000 a year per family.

NEW YORK - The partisan stand adopted by India’s petroleum ministry in the dispute over natural gas between two corporate houses will erode investor confidence and goes against the government’s reforms direction, industrialist Anil Ambani has said.
