Steve Martin superstitious?

LONDON - Hollywood actor Steve Martin feels that all his films that had wedding scenes were a hit; therefore he is marrying off Inspector Clouseau in ‘Pink Panther 2′ to ensure its success at the box office.
Martin got the producers to change the ending and his character will now marry Nicole, played by Emily Mortimer, reports thesun.co.uk.
He said: ‘I said, ‘I have to tell you that every movie I’ve done that ends in a wedding or holding a baby has been a hit’. I do believe we’ve taken the ‘Pink Panther’ somewhere else and, in a sense, made it our own.’
Martin wants to continue the theme in ‘Pink Panther 3′.
He added: ‘It would obviously open with Clouseau’s honeymoon - him taking Nicole across the threshold and she’s wearing arm pads and a helmet.’
