Bermuda leader’s son pleads not guilty to molest

LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles physician who is the son of Bermuda’s leader has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging he molested a dozen women.

Kevin Antario Brown entered the plea Wednesday to 33 felony sex counts in Los Angeles. He could face life in prison if convicted of all charges.

The 38-year-old doctor is the son of Bermuda Premier Ewart Brown.

Twelve women — including an undercover vice officer — testified at the hearing that Brown improperly touched them over five years. Some said he gave them breast or vaginal exams when they went to him for complaints ranging from an ankle injury to the flu.

One woman accused him of rape.

Brown’s lawyer didn’t immediately respond to a call seeking comment.
