Simmons First National declares 19-cent dividend

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Simmons First National Corp., which operates eight Arkansas banks, said Friday its board has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on Oct 1. to shareholders record as of Sept. 15.
