Sharad Pawar hosts an Iftar Party

Well one got to see our celebrities moving away from the regular parties and for a change sitting down to the ritual of Iftar in front of the media glare.

The Iftar-dinner organized by Asif Bhamla, Sachin Ahire and Nawab Malik on behalf of Sharad Pawar was a short and sweet affair. Jackie Shroff and Ronit Roy were amongst the first ones to walk in. Honorable Minister Sharad Pawar too came dot on time and addressed the guests. Soon followed Dpt CM Chaggan Bhujbal, Lawyer Majid Menon and celebrities like Abbas Mastan, Raza Murad, Abhijeet, Shekhar Suman, Anu Malik, Talat Aziz and Adnan Sami, who walked in almost after the event with son Azaan.

The guests were greeted with off white headgear, which Jackie Shroff specifically admired. Soon they spoke about the holy month of fasting and the need to spread peace and charity.

Over fruits and other delicacies, the food was much enjoyed by all.

While the ministers left quickly after the event, our celebs stayed back to interact with media and guests.
