Senior Housing Properties Trust raises dividend
NEWTON, Mass. — Senior Housing Properties Trust said it raised its quarterly dividend by a penny to 36 cents.
The next dividend will be paid on Aug. 14 to shareholders of record as of July 10.
Newton, Mass.-based Senior Housing Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust that owns independent and assisted living communities, nursing homes and medical office buildings.
Shares rose 42 cents to $16.74 Wednesday afternoon.
