Don’t buy at Best Buy if they will not honor their mistakes that are quit normal and usually appeared in Best Buy site for their unique marketing policy.

Guys, please have common sense. I am a representative for Best Buy.com and humans make mistakes, quite simple. You really think a 52″ tv would go for $9.99 at a well known retailer. You guys are calling into our job screaming over something that you already know is an error. Read the conditions of use policy and go from there. I would suggest you not wasting your time or your “lawyer’s” time with the foolishness. My sincere apology for those of you who have waited on the phone for hours only to get that disappointing news but once again, this is a mistake.
