S. Bangarappa joins Congress

NEW DELHI - Former Karnataka chief minister and Samajwadi Party leader S. Bangarappa joined the Congress party Saturday.

This was announced by Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad to media persons here.

Bangarappa was the Samajwadi Party’s Karnataka unit president.
