Maine credit union robbed
SKOWHEGAN, Maine — Police say a robber made his getaway on a motorcycle after a stickup at a Skowhegan credit union.
A hooded man held up teller at the Taconnet Federal Credit Union at knifepoint Wednesday. He then fled on a motorcycle driven by another man, who also wore a dark hooded sweat shirt.
Police Chief Michael Emmons told the Morning Sentinel of Waterville that the two men fled south toward Fairfield with an undisclosed amount of money.
