Punj Lloyd bags orders worth Rs.308 crore from Bangalore Metro

MUMBAI - Engineering and construction firm Punj Lloyd has won orders worth Rs.308 crore ($62 million) from Bangalore Metro Rail Corp to build eight stations, the company said Thursday.

The projects are to be completed in 22 months.

At present, the company is constructing Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Downtown Line’s Bayfront station at the Marina Bay, the company said.

It has also won contracts from Delhi Metro Rail Corp.
