Pork futures mixed; Wheat, corn, oats fall
CHICAGO — Pork futures were mixed Monday morning on the Chicago Board of Trade.
June lean hogs fell 0.82 cent to 64.75 cents a pound, while July pork bellies gained 0.58 cents to 78.70 cents a pound.
Agriculture futures were also trading mixed on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery fell 6 cents to $5.64 a bushel, while July corn fell 1.5 cents to $4.12 a bushel and July soybeans advanced 21 cents to $11.12 a bushel. Oats for July delivery fell 1.75 cents to $2.05 a bushel.
Beef futures were trading lower on the Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle lost 0.05 cent to 82.05 cents a pound, and August feeder cattle fell 0.30 cent to 98.15 cents a pound.
