Pneumonic Plague outbreak

Already two people died in China due to Pneumonic plague. According to Officials the first victim is a 32-year-old herdsman, died last Thursday, and the second, a neighbor who also was a herdsman, died on Sunday.
It was reported by state run news service Xinhua that the place named Ziketan, a Tibetan town of 10,000 residents in eastern Qinghai Province, one of the largest and least populated regions of the rural west central China has been totally sealed off due to the outbreak.
Health officials have strictly quarantined 10 relatives of the death men, but still now there is no sign of cough or fever. The deadly pneumonic plague bacteria is usually spread through the air by coughing, and if not treated early and properly it could kills a higher percentage of sufferers, almost within a day.
Pneumonic plague, attacks the lungs, can spread from person to person or from animals to people. Initial symtoms are fever, headache and shortness of breath. As per official report this this was the third outbreak of the disease within the last 10 years in Qinghai .
