Pepsi Bottling Group signs distribution deal, invests in natural beverages brand maker O.N.E.

Pepsi Bottling inks natural beverages deal

SOMERS, N.Y. — Soft drink bottler Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. said Tuesday that it signed a distribution deal with natural beverages brand company O.N.E. (One Natural Experience).

Terms were not disclosed.

The pact will allow Pepsi Bottling to distribute O.N.E. drinks, such as coconut water, in Southern California and South Florida starting in the fourth quarter.

Pepsi Bottling and private equity firm Catterton Partners have both made equity investments of undisclosed size in O.N.E. in order to speed the company’s growth and expand its market presence faster.
