Official: Jackson doctor could face foreclosure

LAS VEGAS — A title company official says Michael Jackson’s personal physician could face foreclosure on the luxury Las Vegas home that authorities searched in a manslaughter investigation into the singer’s death.

Stewart Title foreclosure official Mary Hunt said Wednesday that Dr. Conrad Murray has racked up a debt of more than $100,000 plus penalties since his last $15,000 payment in January.

Documents filed July 23 with the Clark County Recorder also show Murray could face foreclosure on the exclusive Red Rock Country Club home by November.

Murray was with Jackson when the singer died. Los Angeles police, Drug Enforcement Administration agents and local police searched Murray’s home and medical office Tuesday.

Authorities say Murray is cooperating. They have not labeled him a suspect.
